Catch Some Live Music: When in Port Aransas, you absolutely must see live music. Port Aransas is officially a “Music Friendly Community” by the Texas Music Office. You can find many local artists playing at plenty of fun and lively restaurants and bars around town. For a thorough list of upcoming concerts, we’ve got you covered.

Bar Scene You can get a drink at pretty much any restaurant in town, but if you are looking for the real deal, the party hardy, the dance-the-night away kind of place, we put a list of our favs and what to expect at each one. Learn to Surf Gulf of Mexico has the perfect waves for learning to surf. Billabong Surf Camps are open during the summer months and offer surf lessons to anyone of any age. You can secure private lessons, or week-long group camps are also available.
