Join us for a countdown to Noon at the pavilion in Old Town Square. This event is perfect for those who prefer not to stay up until midnight, as well as anyone looking to celebrate twice! Enjoy music, snacks, and games, and feel free to bring your own beverages if you’d like something stronger. After a brief period of socializing, we’ll raise our glasses for a photo opportunity to be featured in the paper. Everyone of all ages is welcome to join the fun

Tortugas New Years Eve 3-Coruse Dinner -$75 3-COURSE Prix Fixe Meal

New Years Eve Fireworks Display @7PM- by City of Port Aransas

The night sky will light up with brilliant colors as Port Aransas celebrates New Year’s Eve with a big fireworks show. The show is scheduled to begin around 7 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, at Roberts Point Park.

January 1st, 2025 – New Years Day

 

Polar Bear Plunge @ 730AM at Horace Caldwell Pier – Hosted Port Aransas Parks and Rec.

Plunging into January’s frigid waters is nothing short of the most insane yet invigorating way to celebrate the first day of every new year. Those courageous – some might say foolish – souls who put on swim trunks and bikinis to splash their way into icy cold winter waters claim they are ‘freezin’ for a reason,’ a fresh start to the new year! 18th Annual Black-Eyed Pea Cook-Off @3Pm-Hosted by The Gaff

Come out to The Gaff and bring your BEST Pot -O- Peas. Starts at 3pm. Judging begins at 4:15. Peoples Choice tickets are $1 and benefit for the dog rescue with trophy’s and cash prizes. Live music from 3 to 6:30 p.m.

 

 

New Years Day Bonfire @4PM at Horace Caldwell Pier – Hosted by Slow Ur Roll

Come help us celebrate the New Year and have some fun! We will have two fires, multiple types of seating, games, s’mores and a raffle! Bring your drinks and hang out for a while!
